中興鉑碼工程咨詢有限公司是根據(jù)建設(shè)部有關(guān)規(guī)定及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要，于2005年7月由北京中興新世紀(jì)會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所有限公司（現(xiàn)變更為中審眾環(huán)會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所（特殊普通合伙））分立新設(shè)的、具有甲級(jí)資質(zhì)的工程造價(jià)咨詢單位。其前身--中興會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所于1988年5月經(jīng)財(cái)政部批準(zhǔn)成立，由中國(guó)人民大學(xué)、中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、北京化工大學(xué)、北京商學(xué)院等會(huì)計(jì)界知名教授發(fā)起，是我國(guó)最早一批成立的會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所之一。
中興鉑碼工程咨詢有限公司注冊(cè)資本為人民幣伍仟萬(wàn)元，現(xiàn)有股東7人，均為注冊(cè)造價(jià)工程師。

中興鉑碼工程咨詢有限公司現(xiàn)有員工130余人，其中造價(jià)工程師、造價(jià)員占80％；高級(jí)職稱、中級(jí)職稱占75％。人員老、中、青三結(jié)合以中青年為主，既有豐富的專業(yè)理論知識(shí)，又有執(zhí)業(yè)能力與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

ZHONGXING-BOMA ENGINEERING CONSULTING CO., Ltd. is a newly built company with Class A qualification separated from Beijing Zhongxing New Century Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. （The ring is changed to zhongshenzhonghuan CPA (special general partnership)）in July of 2005, according to relevant regulations of the Ministry of Construction and the demand of business development. Its predecessor Zhongxing Accounting Firm was approved by the Ministry of Finance to be established in May of 1988, initiated by famous professors of the accounting field in Renmin University of China, Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing Institute of Business and etc. It is one of the earliest groups of accounting firms established in China.
The registered capital of ZHONGXING-BOMA ENGINEERING CONSULTING CO., Ltd. is RMB 50 million yuan. There are seven shareholders, all registered cost engineers.
ZHONGXING-BOMA ENGINEERING CONSULTING CO., Ltd. carries out the division responsible system of directors under the leadership of the board of directors, consists of three functional departments including the Technical Standard Department, the Administrative Management Department and seven business departments including Construction Cost Consulting Business Department Ⅰ, Construction Cost Consulting Business Department Ⅱ, Construction Cost Consulting Business Department Ⅲ, Construction Cost Consulting Business Department Ⅳ, the asset appraisal department, the demolition audit department, the special audit department .Business management and execution is carried out in a unified way.
There are over 100 employees in ZHONGXING-BOMA ENGINEERING CONSULTING CO., Ltd. 80% of them are construction cost engineers or cost of construction member，and 75% of them are senior professional title or intermediate professional title. Employees are made up old, middle-aged and young personnel, in which middle-aged and young people account for the majority. They not only have rich specialized theoretical knowledge, but also have practicing competence and practical experience.
